Assignment Contracts in Ontario, Canada

What is the general procedure when creating an assignment contract?  What contracts do you use?  I have been looking around on the net for some tutorials but have had a hard time finding information about the process.  I have found a few contracts such as this one. 

It seems you need to use an OREA contract which is Orea Form 140.
