I noticed a disturbing trend--rentals which are priced at a level I didn’t believe to be profitable are staying on the market an extremely long period of time.After a little digging, I found several neighborhoods which appear to be completely saturated with rental homes.

School ratings do affect families but there are many good schools and if it is a concern for a buyer they tend to research the zoning and buy where the rating are the highest.

These two measures have afforded me extreme unit uptime.

what is your reasoning for trying to do this. i dont get it, the seller still gets procedes, you still get the lot free and clear... your concern should not be what the seller nets.

@Johnoson Crutchfield I would be concerned about the interest rates and also how the credit cards affect your ability to obtain additional mortgages.

Being that I am my business at this point, the fact that if I’m not working, I’m not making money, can clearest cause some concern.
