Came across a website deferally.com and they claim to be totally free.

What market are you looking to buy in?

Most of the times, who pays the broker fee in Brooklyn, NY (specifically for this market...not rest of NYC) for rentals -- the tenant or the landlord?   

I’m totally biased, but I love the NH market.

Municipally law, rents, and appreciation all factor in to the things that make up a market.  

Price: $1.2MOffer: $900kI had my agent call to see if the seller would accept this price because it's been on the market for a year.The seller's agent said the owner had rejected a $1M offer in the past, but it's been awhile so maybe and asked for a formal offer with proof of funds and pre-approval.Why?
