I'm new to RE but a veteran to communication.  

I am a Marine Corp veteran, and I had a Va loan that was sitting idly by until Jan 20th.

I intended to use it to help the special need or disabled veterans in short term or long term housing need.  

I use CamScanner, available for free at https://www.camscanner.comThis app allows me to photograph documents from my phone & immediately send them to myself, colleagues, tenants, vendors, etc.  

Believe me as a combat veteran it's something that burns at your soul but if a person refuses to protect themselves who's going to do it?

She would stop, it would auto sit.She went to the bacon area and browsed, the dog calmly set next to her ignoring the tasty bacon easily within reach.Some veterans help group gave it to her--their logo was on it's vest.it behaved very well, and just leaned into her at all times walking or standing or sitting--always touching her leg.I had no doubt this dog was a legit ESA dog, and would never have questioned it.Plus you could tell from her overall composure--she needed it.It was just a medium sized friendly looking mutt, nothing special--and not a pit bull.

I understand that most veteran investors have an abundance of experience and money, but not time.

I'm a US ARMY RANGER VETERAN, whom just went through a divorce ..stuck at a crossroads 29 years old 2 kids I receive disability every month but want that money working for me, I will be reading you guys and gals post taking notes and understanding different licenses I need.

This time, unless you've had a significant family event (like a baby) or moved for a job more than 100 miles or you're a veteran and can use your VA benefit, you're going to have to put more down. 

I'm sure some Dayton people will chime in and provide great advice, but as an Air Force veteran, I can tell you the base there employs and brings in thousands of people every year, and with them being there for a short period of time and earning a decent salary, they make fantastic tenants.
