I think I will probably go the route of buying an iron cast Kohler Villager tub and using a cheap matching fiberglass surround that I could later replace easily if I wanted/needed.

So later in life I became an auctioneer, that education and experience gave me the confidence to create my little C&R system.I would control a property with some alternative creative contract clauses with full disclosures and I would offer the property immediately for sale using a reserve public auction.

If they’re licensed, they’re not going to risk losing their licensed to screw you over on one deal.Lastly, if your would-be-wholesaler is using a generic contract he or she downloaded from the internet or bought at the local office supply store, I’d really think twice before risking a bunch of money with this corner cutting wholesaler.
