New Roof, New front porch, paint everywhere and remodel of the kitchen and bath.1 month to rehab.

Hello: My name is Christopher Purnell, and I am a small construction & remodeling business located in New York City.

(it was a conversion of space that already had toilet, sink, etc. and was 2500 sq. ft.) 

I completed my strip mall conversion to self storage and now to my new project a full remodel of an 8 plex just outside Chattanooga TN.

Of course there are other expenses like pest control, etc but as far as things that would normally be repair/maintenance, like plumbing parts to replace a leaking hot water heater hose, are now capex because they are part of a brand new hot water heater install or a bathroom remodel?
