By the way,  the property is in good desired area with 7/7/9 school rating and there is a separate garage which tenant can use for storage unit or game room. and the lot size is about 0.3 acres which is quite a big.

By keeping more money in my pocket during the purchase, I will be able to outfit the storage room as a coin laundry, which will service both this building, and the 8 unit building directly next door.

-I also saved $130/month with this building because I have a storage unit with my staging furniture, which I could then store at the building instead. 

Some own timber contracts, they may own a quarry or build storage buildings as well.

The ones we have been working on have been inside existing buildings (garage conversions, basements, storage rooms etc.).

The next purchase goal would be a multifamily or possibly a storage unit.

I'm planing on starting out with SFR or multifamily but my looking term goals are MDUs and storage units.
