There are 3 entrances yet only one basically works and that room is bein held up by cinderblocks.I could go on and on, hoping just one person sees this and makes them think twice before taking any of his courses, buying from him, or renting from him without knowing  the high risks that come with doing business with him. 

The seller may or may not be willing to accept one as they are not free and clear from their mortgage until the buy-out.

If you are buying every year in the same metro area it can get problematic from a lender perspective. 

If you buy a nice investment, a bad manager can ruin it.

Put 20% down on the duplex and did a BRRRR on the single-familyIf you want to continue buying similar properties you don't need an expensive mentor. 

So you want to buy when or where inventory is up-- irrespective of rates.

I'm in 38114, which may be the problem, but I will never buy another house from them. 

We have thought about buying an investment property and not sure if we should flip a house or buy a 3-4 rental.

The reason they offer training is so that you will know what to do to buy low and sell high for maximum gain.
