I am currently taking advantage of the marketplace tool here on the BP website for finding foreclosures and I've come across some multi family properties in my particular area, Akron/Canton region in Ohio, that show tax lien beside them.

I am still doing a lot of research on that area's market.What are the best free websites to use (excluding CL) to search for investment properties or homes in general?

I worked with a few select guys on things I didn't know how to do to learn as much as I could.

That was a couple of weeks ago and now just a couple of days ago I see a Realty sign out front with bidder select with a inflated price but public records show how much the lender foreclosed on.

A google search resulted in at least 8 options, but I wanted hear what others had to say before selecting.

Thanks Bill and Wayne-The FNMA bid website says an accepted offer is in hand, this has to be recent since when we scheduled the walk Sunday (Monday Walk, Tuesday bid) the property was available.If the bid falls through I will keep BP aprised of the twists and turns, otherwise on to the next deal.

I've never tried this but I think there is a phone number on the HomePath website that you could call with this questions.Let us know what you find out!

For those of you who renovate and rent and advertise on social media sites, personal websites, etc., do you show before and after pictures or simply the newly renovated property?
