If you have no experience and have never managed your own property you will find it very difficult to manage a property manager or even know when you are being taken advantage of by one.There should be no issues living in your rental as long as you are professional.

Unfortunately we do not work in the mobile home park space; it is not desirable enough for us.There will be a lot of people here who are more advanced than I am personally, but are not at the level of my firm professionally... it's a HUGE gap. ;)

I am leaning away from this option.2) Pay the difference in the electric bills and chalk it up as the cost of doing business.3) Pay the difference in the electric bills up front and seek restitution from the contractor for causing the delay in the process, which resulted in the lengthy term of higher utility billing to the one apartment.4) Provide the tenant with the contractor's contact information and invite them to seek restitution directly.
