Rental losses can only be offset against future rental profits - your rental losses cannot be offset against your salary or other income to reduce your tax bill.

If the repairs are more than 10k, they will be discounted from the offer price.Operating Data: Numbers I'm using to come to Cash Flow and NOI, Seller provided utility expenses and Insurance costs.Note: the CapEx numbers are estimated from a spreadsheet on things that will need to be replaced in the next 5 years, I plan to sell in that time frame to reduce large CapEx expenses.

@Adam PetrieIf they are 2 single family dwellings on the same lot you likely need to seperate the lot with having both houses fronting on a public street.

The DFW and particularly Collin County rental market has been hot and we have not heard any issues with renting, are there signs of this slowing down now, should we start reducing the lease price since it has been more than 2 weeks since we listed.

For purposes of the definition: • Gross receipts are reduced by returns and allowances made during the tax year, • An employee is considered full time if employed at least 30 hours per week for 20 or more calendar weeks in the tax year, and • All members of the same controlled group and all persons under common control generally are considered to be one person—see section 44(d)(2).
