@Daryl CorreiaWhile 5% down investor loans may be available, the rates will be high as will the monthly payment, resulting in significant monthly losses.Below is a (over simplified) table showing the down payment rate, debt service, taxes (0.55% of the purchase price), and insurance ($700 per year), assuming a monthly rent of $2,200, and a purchase price of $400,000.
