If you had enough rentals you could maintain your ability to qualify off just rentals if the income shows appropriately on your tax returns or if it's prior to a tax filing you'll use 75% of gross - PITIA Also Fix&Flip income is very difficult to use from a qualification point of view if you plan to file the income on your personal tax returns. so I hope you're not trying to use that.
