Make a few bucks and focus our time and effort on the product thats going to give us the greatest return. 

The plumber did find feminine products in the clog, but there was also a sagging low point in the line of 30' that probably contributed to the problem.

Not sure what good pictuers will do.Lets say you get excellent pictures, you then have to identify who they are and serve them with notices.

They have done many conversion projects so they will be an excellent resource to help you through.

Returns are lower and fees can get you but it's an option.Another option would be to do a complete 1031 exchange into a fractional debt free TIC product.
