This is my first deal and I’m shocked to say the least.

I recently got a pre-approval back from a great mortgage lender but was a bit sticker shocked when it came back at 5.50%.

And then they tell their investors  Hey don't worry i have a pre signed quit claim deed  :)  I’m shocked, shocked at this Jay.

With very low interest rates on thier current mortgage, most people won't want to give up the low payment and are afraid of the payment shock of borrowing the same amount of money at a higher rate to get into a new house. 4.

It was a shock when I learned that Columbus is the only city in the top 20 cities in the US with a population over 1 million people.

This is especially true when those people are much better at something than you (for instance, repairing leaky sinks or defending you in court :shock: )

:shock: For my personal market, I would pass on it.

People are shocked when I reach them because Zero was not an option they listed in the message.

:shock: My only qualm is that...well i don't speak spanish and language barriers can/could be expensive.
