The latest one I received today was a person that wanted to know if I was interested in the VA service.

I personally do hard money lending and investing in the city.

I have let the right people aware of scotts rudeness. please understand we make no acceptance of his behavior, it wasnt personal its just a sales mentality issue.He is new, Myself have been with PD 18 mos but have 30 yrs selling, and 20 yrs in real estate.

I was approached by a tenant who says they are licensed to run a Group Home for persons  with Disabilities.

Still looking for personal references based on 1st hand experiences, something to go on, but I have filled out the form and requested info for a couple.Thanks much!
