Since you allready have a s-corp go with it.To create a land trust all you need is 3 forms and you do not need to register the land trust with secretary of state.Make sure to close at a real estate attorneys office who understands land trusts.

These are bad and should be removed.Gas furnaces of any sort must have both good venting so the combustion gas exits the house, and must have a good supply of combustion air.Jon

this is a short sale and there r renter in paying 2,000 a month.seller say the loan officer give a adjustable mortgage rate, and cant make the payment.Seller wants me to use her friend witch is a realtor because the realtor already has a relationship with the bank.the realtor is not a listingagent nor a buyers agent he will just help me get the infor and help me submit the short sale package.
