I think that's a great idea. the house isn't stable and I rather put new wood and redo the whole thing.. but I want to avoid all the blue print and stuff with the city.. can I just leave 2 walls up and remodel it exactly as it was before and avoid the city all together?

St.Augustine is the oldest city tourist attraction with beaches as well..look for Antastasia and Crescent beach in St Augustine..if you want emerald waters for a decent price go towarda Panama City beach, Navarre, Ft.Walton Beach has an air force base and emerald ocean
