IMO.IMO, You just can't try to match an interior style that contradicts the style of the home....traditional should be triditional, a ranch should be "ranchy" and contemorary done in a more modern design.

I need some help in analyzing this deal,I would greatly appreciate any help in can get, thank you ,Here's a synopsis of the deal.27.47 acre, 262 lot mobile home park which is currently 81.2% leased, resulting in gross rents are approximately $110,000 per month with approximately 60 vacant pads.he previous owner received full approvals to redevelop the site to include 394 townhomes and 21,816 square feet of retail space.

Learnt a little then about the USA market and have now decided to invest into the market via an LLC, with my husband, Peter and our 2 adult children....Damien and Elisha I have purchased Monica Mains home study course and am seriously considering to come and do her course in September 2010...VERY KEEN to get going on this and plan to have a minimum of 2 multi family apartment buildings and possibly a mobile home park by Christmas.
