Anyone has done the BRRRR method with operating the homes as short term rentals in non vacation markets?

I have found that VRBO customer service is useless, can't solve my problems and they are way more expensive (8% compared to airbnb 3%) VRBO owes me alittle over 1k in past rents and they blame the root cause that my w 9 doesn't match IRS records but no one can seem to tell me how or what field.

I also keep sharing my work progress and methods with friends and family for you never know that someone might be in need of your services or knows someone who is selling a property that would just fit your criteria!

Its up to you. 1st scenario will arguably have you learn/scale faster while 2nd scenario is the more typical method for many.

What I want is not actually freedom FROM work (because I very much like solving problems, building systems, creating teams and growing people and businesses), what I want freedom in HOW I work, WHO I work with, and WITHOUT A CAP ON MY INCOME that comes from being an employee.While this is certainly not the full "compelling why" its is a foundational part for me as it relates to understanding myself and living in line with my personal value.
