While being a PM can eventually be learned, it is not a plug-and-play type of job role you want to have filled by just anyone.

Maybe the play is to just sell them in this market, house prices now are bazerker.

(I personally would rather be playing ball and REI is the next best thing...lol...Some of the best years of my youth).I've been investing in ABQ and other areas for several years. 

This matters too as I'm not sure how you plan on financing the deal- what it appraises for in terms of your lenders POV is going to come into play.  

Some people, in general, need multiple accounts, eg. one for day to day cash, another for a rainy day fund, another for a play fund, another for an emergency fund, another for a savings fund. 

In my experience flippers make the quality of a city improve, but like @Greg H. said, there is the "you aren't from around here" factor at play.

This isn’t a long term play, so I’m not emotionally attached to the condo or a house, just want to do what makes the most sense.
