Construction costs are up about 40% over the last 4 years.

Following that we moved out and turned it into a short-term vacation rental around April 2021 and the last year before we sold the house in December 2022, we leased it out as a long-term rental for 1-year.

I then start advertising the unit with signs and on online venues, showing it to qualified prospects during those last 30 days.

But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!

Pre-foreclosures has been my world for the last 10 years nearly.  

Over the last 5 years, markets like Memphis and Detroit (where I have been investing) have performed on par with "appreciating market" like Seattle and the Bay area.

As I walked into the kitchen, I was shocked to see that she had left their wedding cake, uncovered, out on the counter - all weekend long.

Also she deducted funds from my account last year to pay water bills and I found out those were never forwarded to the water company so I had to pay that out of pocket last.
