Selling to your tenants:IMO, if your tenants have been consistent in paying the rent and you do not have to chase after them every month, this maybe a viable option.A subject2 agreement is very similar to selling on a land contract but it does not require you to immediately pay off your mortgage because the title does not transfer to the buyer for some time.
