So as I see it, white letters are intended to give a more "corporate" and professional impression which attracts certain potential sellers whereas yellow letters give a more personal touch that may hit other types of sellers.

I am under the impression that if the exit strategies say someone unhappy or wanting out for any reason can be bought out ; that is what will take place and the person wanting out will not have the option of taking half the properties if they choose.We aren't fighting but just want clarification: who is right ?

Could you clarify on getting rid of tenants for any reason- I was under the impression you still have to follow their lease unless you plan to live in the unit they are occupying, in which case you can get them out sooner then their lease ends.
