Seems many investors in the forums are hunting Detroit.

However, we when we start our house hunt again we will probably focus on 2-4plexes.

EA was groovy/hip 20 years ago, with edgy restaurants and The Earl, destinations that attracted tenants and flippers.  

Apparently this property is on 10 acres, 7 of which are wooded and good for hunting.

I like the idea of finding someone who lives out of the city who could use a good hunting cat.

It works when you can add value to the transaction that someone is willing to pay for.In sales, they call it elephant hunting, doesn't matter what widget you're trying to sell, you just have this need to go after the big deal, just getting greedy.
