I'm leaning towards a newer house because I don't want to deal with big-ticket repairs right off the bat.Has anyone been in my situation and can provide an opinion?

Could this allow me to deduct that plane ticket?

Instead of hopping on a flight every month some have taken up this strategy of "every so often can I have you go out, check the progress, and take some pics and a video for me?

We submitted a "help desk" ticket via customer support.

I'd like to know that my big ticket repairs are going to have multiple quotes along with pictures/videos of the issue neatly packaged so I can approve (~$500+) immediately and get the work completed for our tenants.

At some point there’s usually a big ticket expense that eats up that cashflow and that’s why I said “no one has ever gotten rich off cashflow”.

If the request or complaint is unreasonable, reply in writing that this is not something that your will address and close the ticket.
