A few years back Freddie and Fannie would not let executions be paid out of proceeds, so that became a buyer paid fee for those people putting offers on our sales.

To wit, a real life example, a lender with really attractive rates/fees/turntimes/etc, one I often use:If you want to empower your mortgage broker to get you the best deal possible moving forward, and execute well (close reliably, on time, with transparency in the process, etc), you will not be taking forbearance.
