You'll find the cost to borrow a lot cheaper when that number goes into the mid to high 700s.Good luck,BrianI think everyone agrees that I should get rid of the two giants (auto payments).  

I currently own an auto glass company here in Portland so we can't get a typical mortgage, nor do I want to report more income than I need to just to buy this house, if we can avoid that.

I do use the garage quite often , it is a shop , air compressors , auto lift , oil furnace , AC in my computer room ...  

I'd get a Realtor to put you on their MLS auto feed.
