I look at land sale comps (which aren't always easy to find depending on the state/market/area) and we offer something based upon the the retail value that land like that sells for.

I can easily get paint match in the future, so touch up is easy.- I have the property professionally cleaned, including wiping down walls.

It's just really easy for some to forget what it took to get here.

For now it's business as usual.Major cities, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Sedona and others, have adopted their own STR rules and regulations, primarily requiring operators to register their rentals.
