If that is the case, you still have many options to identify multiple properties by day 45, then an additional 135 days to close.This late in the game, the questions always include will the prooert(ies) I identify close (pass inspection, get financing, etc.).A Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) might fit the bill for the accredited investor since financing already exists, and DSTs will always close.
