I've been looking for deals on the MLS and loopnet (I know it's mostly garbage), but don't have a lot of confidence in the numbers I'm putting together since I don't have a lot of experience with the details of each market.

After intensive information gathering here on BiggerPockets, however, i am no longer sure whether this is the most suitable strategy to really grow in the long term.I would really appreciate it if I could talk to you guys about my plans in more detail and to hear your opinion.
