A question that pops up a lot in the Tax Lien threads "Why not just concentrate on Over the Counter (County Held) liens?" 

Its against their code to give you access to the MLS, so even if you ask for pieces of it, you are in a grey area.And if you take them up on the free stuff (which they offer to potential sellers ONLY in hopes of getting a listing)... they will see a waste of time and not want to give you the free stuff that was designed to make them commissions.If you want the MLS, jump through their hoops and get it, otherwise you don't need it.

What are your thoughts on this and how would you design your card in my situation?

One benefit of attending paid seminar education as opposed to trying to find it all free in books/websites/asking questions in forums, etc. is that the Paid seminars, when designed by a master of their craft (the craft you're expecting to learn), is designed to provide the information in a step by step methodical approach which helps with comprehension.I did not attend Than's, but I did attend Russ Whitney's a few years ago for roughly $13,000.  

It’s very beautiful, helpful and already has all of the sections designed.

I'm concentrating in the East Point and College Park areas with the hopes of finding one in Dunwoody or Tucker. 

Does anyone have any recommended blogs/journals/etc that would provide the data in as concentrated a form as possible?
