For the past couple of months, I have been reading books and I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

I've been trying to reply to this one post for a couple of days but it wouldn't take.  

Here's a little backstory 1 yr and some couple of months ago, I was at the Joint Base Lewis–McChord library in Washington State.

There have been a couple hiccups, we have this all worked out though . 

I'm basically brand new to real estate and I don't understand why people fall for stuff like this.

I think it might be a hindrance to your brand/ reputation especially if you are using a company or LLC, many scams use Facebook messages and you don't really want to be associated with scams like that. 

Couple of questions:- can you recommend names of contractors/companies who specialize in this small-scale Class C construction?
