It's impossible for us to know the extent of the damage to the structural members (rafters, trusses, and then floor joists etc) and that will impact how extensive of repairs are required.If you've never done anything quite like this, I'd be concerned.It doesn't sound like this is a good first project.

@Matthew Irish-JonesI do have all my purchases and receipts just wasn't able to get labor receipts from contractors because mostly they are handyman who don't really operate a business them selfs I appreciate the feedback I'm sure I can figure it out with my account just waited to the last minute so I had to file for an extension moving forward I'm going to figure out what exactly are my options for the labor portion of my business

Often adding a downspout extension to direct the water from the gutters away from the house will help and is easy to do.For the moisture, they should do whatever they can to dry it out quickly.
