Not even saying that’s automatically true, but that’s how it feels.And the few times I’ve screwed up and called all they do is say “ I’ll contact the listing agent” we’ll I can do that and if I wanted representation I’d get someone I know.Can’t comment on the owner occupant approach.

The comment "at the personal level" only applies if there is separation between you and another entity.

Or does that still go into the “if you like the long term” comment you previously made?

A few comments/questions:1.

A lot of journalists and commentators didn't pick up on that and still think the t-note, Fed rate, or whatever else, is relevant.

Isn't it a lot more likely that one of his tenants was really happy about it and let others know and then media came and asked for the landlord's comments?
