And I am calling the repair people anyway because going through two levels of communication to find out what the issue was you lose alot in the chain of communication.

Some lenders may call the loan (meaning ask you to pay the entirety back).

Most need to be repaid back, but there are better ones out there that do not need to be paid back as long as you live in the home for a certain period of time.There is a nationwide grant available that we use called the WISH grant. 

However if you plan on buying 3-4units, there is a trigger rule for FHA, it is called the self sufficiency test.

You have to live in the home to call it your homestead.

I have checked periodically over the years and even called VRBO (they were no help).
