So is $1 million "a lot" in my town but barely "middle class" in San Francisco bay?

Cleveland looks silly at its 120k average house and still has an oversupply. of housing. city tears down 700-800 houses per year. you don't see that in columbus. there was I think 50 million dollars set aside for the demolition of blighted structures and barely any Central Ohio communities or counties got one. it all went to the negative population growth areas like Cleveland, dayton, ohio valley

I have been educating myself for quite some time now, as I save and build capital, but I am so eager to get started that I can barely stand it. 

As a barely related item, neither unit has been an LTR in around 8 years, but we are considering having one be LTR if our occupancy has not increased by the time school starts.  

The only way to break the cycle of poverty is education.In OR, barely 25% of black males test out at grade level.  

The dénouement, dancing and sobbing, certainties destroyed, lies laid bare, and sometimes Povich manages to convince a poleaxed simp to raise a child that isn't his...it just never gets old for me.

140 to 150k can only barely buy a 1 bed condo.  2 bed condo in good areas cost minimum of $165k up. 

Maybe you can get $163,  Maybe the market will only bare $78. 

It is very difficult to start, you get better and better and then eventually, you become a true expert and powerhouse who is able to make tens of thousands of dollars with barely any effort.

Honestly, if its about handling the transactions, much less landing deals, I don't see how the existing two people can't handle it (10 transactions over 1 year.... or barely 1 a month).
