I agree with @Remington Lyman, I would get pre-approved with a lender and then get connected with a realtor @Odayne Daley!

If there is not a history of these issues, I would take her but be pretty strict about anyone staying over 2 nights a month needs to be approved in writing before the third night happens.

She had a clause in her lot rent agreement that she had to personally approve anyone that wanted to live in the park (tenants, owners, etc). 

A lender may want to pull credit again or do a BPO on the property before approving an extension (or they may do so outright).

I've since gotten pre-approved for my very first mortgage, and now have enough money for a down payment (or hopefully two).

I would guess is undocumented immigrants don't have much of a credit history, so they would probably fail the credit requirements for most properties for approving new tenants.

I've done an all cash offer and got lending approved during close of escrow. 

The seller explained why each time it fell out for example in one case the jumbo loan was not approved but I am not sure if I can rely on her reasoning II have no reason to rely or not rely on her response). 

Should I wait to apply for a loan, until I get my 2019 taxes completed, in order to get a higher line approved?
