Reputable there are a ton of them, does not mean they are making money but they are not scam artists who are running Ponzi schemes.Also are you accredited, how much money you looking to invest l, what type of investment, syndication or fund, how long you want your money tied up for, do you want something conservative or roll the dice risk it all?

FYI know any inquiries asking if "dates are still available" are probably scams.

The reaction of someone who wasn't in on it would be very different than someone who has been scammed.  

Sounds promising, but mass recruiting also reminds me of MLM scams.

I've had my fair share of falling for gurus and scam companies.

While Marketing has worked for most it hasnt worked for everybody, trust me im one of those that had an hard time trying to convince others to come to a Thursday Night Intro and having them try and sign up just so i can get a commissions, it bugs me to the core that that is in place, Also eventho there are Great Minds in the Community not everyone will help depending on who you deal with, and whether anyone is a newbie or already Experienced in Real Estate This Group isn't for everyone, some a run into will always bring up it being MLM'ish Scam-ish, yada yada yada, in the Beginning i Didn't think it was a scam but i was Cautious i had to look out for myself Financially, i didn't pick up alot of things off the bat like some in my group did, and its no problem there some people go at their own pace it shouldnt be a rush job.People will have there different Paths of how they got to where they are to where they chose to be at now, whether they chose to be apart of the Renatus Community or not it's up to them.

That company is a scam.
