Books a great for motivation, new ideas, the basics of a deal, etc.

One could have contractors all lined-up to do work on day one but a week before the former owner could, by some miracle, achieve redemption.

I understand it will take years to master such a plan but if and when you can provide some pointers I am sure I can knock off a few years off achieving my dream(s).

I have no time or interest in finding motivated sellers directly, and would rather work with a wholesaler or real estate professional to do the legwork and find qualified leads.  

Then, you'll better know the type lead to market to and what motivates them as a seller.

What are some strategies to achieving this goal?

LLC will offer a degree of separation for you, but you might need to have at least 2 or more members to achieve this benefit.  

I am an investor that does thing very differently and can help people achieve what they want faster.
