My only recommendation is to ensure it's not annoying like the old ones that played a video of someone walking around the screen or playing terrible music and nobody can figure out how to turn it off.

But honestly, You Tube has everything you need to complete basically any task - all you might need is the tools to go along with it.I work a full time office job so I found time after work and on the weekends to do whatever I could to get the job done.

Before you invest any substantial money on real estate seminars do two things first - 1) try to narrow down what kind of real estate investing you want to do - there are many paths to follow 2) start watching videos on YouTube and narrow down some mentors that way - find the ones doing the system you like and watch all of their content and subscribe to their channel - watch their podcast - there is so much training out there for free right now
