Also you have mentioned all kinds of restrictions and set backs such as hurricanes and so... since we are talking about flipping and not buy and hold, do you still think those will have the same significance?

This meeting we propose would NOT be intended as a "competition" with that one.What we are considering, however, would be focused less on information and more on informal networking, and learning through guided conversation and possibly even opportunities for evaluating or pitching deals.

We are in actuality responsible for our tenants lives, (keeping our homes safe for them to live in) and the neighborhood, safe and still marketable.
