Has anyone who rented out condo units was ever mandated by the Condo building Property Management company to release the Credit Check and Background check information of their Tenants to the Building Manager as part of the tenant approval process for the lease?

The HOA will not allow her business but that doesn't release her from the terms of your lease agreement. 

What form needs to be signed to release the seller from the responsibility and have the new owner deal with the violations and lien?

Having owned a child care business, I would never release information to someone I didn’t know via phone or email.

As an agent I have this at time of listing & ask to release to potential serious buyers. 2.

They usually nickel and dime owners but will erode your bottom line. 10% of gross rent, new tenant fees and re-lease fees are usually part of that.

I have seen SEVERAL blanket loans touting great terms, lower costs,....but they wont' have a RELEASE clause.   

But I had a lot of others including a bunch of successful deal exits, starting a podcast, and releasing an online training course that had a lot of signups.My biggest ah-ha was how when I take back a property the value is always lower than what I expect going in.

Long story short, this seller out of know where wants me to release him of our agreement.
