I just read an article about how NY is proposing a CANCELATION of rent.I also listened to a couple of podcasts from some of my favorite and most respected business idols claiming that we are on the verge of a major DEPRESSION...I too have my own theories about the totally wrecked balance sheets, the terrifying overleveraging as in relation to income, and P/E ratios that are out of control of many of the world's leading corporations...not to mention why so many of the world's leading CEO's just stepped down in the last 6 months (google it) Given those facts, we may just be on the verge of a depression.

I just read the the following article on Investopedia regarding Mortgage Payment Relief due to the CARES Act: https://www.investopedia.com/h...I don't know what the future holds or whether or not my tenants will be able to pay rent in the coming months. 

Every inquiry wants to know how much more of a discount I can give,  and the number of MBPS my internet is, etc. 

How about I suggest you not believe everything you read on the internet!!!

More water consumption, more electric consumption, in one property I even include internet and cable which I expect the internet to exceed the 2TB usage cap if the tenants are Netflix and chilling 24/7.I have not yet reached out to my tenants about rent yet. 

Just read an article from the MIT technology review and read up on what we already know.
