hi , everyonei have 5 condos in tx, those all 3bed,2or2.5bath. the propertis i pay off, the mean no mortgage bebind. and those all rent out. now, i want cash out 60% of the properties value(county and wamu bank appraisal total amount about $230,000.for the 5condos) buy more propertits. my mid fico 639. and discharge charpter 7 in jan,2006. so is that possible get loan from hard money lender?

As far as filling out the deed... you can ask any title company to help you, or... go pull a copy of a deed that is already recorded from your local county and use it as a sample.
