Some good info but people should check out some of the online credit forums before spending a bunch of cash paying someone else to fix your credit.Its not rocket science and there are alot of very talented people out there helping others for free.Also aren't "Seasoned Tradelines" being neutered in the next edition of Fico?

The easiest way to get found on Google is using a Wordpress plug and build backlinks.

The idea is to find tenant-buyers, match them with a property from MLS (there will be listing agents involved who we will have to work with), find out what the seller will accept for option money, charge the tenant buyer more than what the seller wants, have the TB write the check out to our LLC, then turn around and write the check out to the seller for the option money they requested.

It's funny - I don't know if I waste my time or not but I go check out a lot of houses (even the houses I would never buy), just to be informed on the market and the areas.
