Your lender needs to contact the lien holder (reverse mortgage lender) and make sure that the pay-off statement that they have given your lender is valid and that the proceeds of your financing will eliminate their lien on the property.

As for the Super Bowl being a lifelong 49er fan and season ticket holder I have been to a few and watched them all.. not nearly as fun as when your team is in it.. and this one was pretty much a dud unless your a Bronco's fan defensive battle offense's were terrible.

Here in CA the check for the initial deposit from the buyer goes to the title company and they as the escrow holder will hold the money, Im assuming FL is the same as CA.Usually we will need a signed contract before opening the order, so first step for you is to have the contract signed, in CA the contract does not need to be notarized.

I would rather take the first position and control my losses then to be at the mercy of senior lien holders who could care less about my lien interest or my money.There are investors who only play in the B piece and above arena instead of first position but is high risk.I think the risk the junior investor is taking on is more than fair asking for their requirements.
