There is a Meetup in Plymouth, the South Shore REIA on the Cape, the Eastern MA REIA with meetings in Rockland and Taunton, and many many more if you want to get up to the Boston area and north.

I have a proposition for you:An hour of coaching:  I would like to offer 5-7 people the chance to spend an hour with me on a group conference call, where you can ask me any questions you have about multifamily real estate investing, and I will do my best to answer them.Why I'm doing this and what I ask in return:  I am preparing some educational materials for people who want to learn to invest in multifamily real estate.  

A couple of years ago at the Equity Trust conference an exec with them told how they photographed their child on the day of his birth and used the images for marketing.

After listening to a recent conference, I have decided to offer my tenants new appliances on a payment plan.

What are you thoughts? Places like New Bern - Wilmington - Ocracoke I love it there, but how’s the STR market?

I’ve been to conference of Robert Shemin in Israel a few days ago, and heard more about Real Estate and got more interested in it.

We'll see more.Just got off video conference with Texas A&M real estate economist today and while not rosy, things seem better here than many parts of the country.
