Which one you choose should depend on the location of your lot and its characteristics such as whether it's a dry lot (off water) or on water: canal, lake, fresh water, gulf access, etc., and what your intended use is: annual rental, seasonal rental, your own use, or a mix of these.

Grass gets mowed and weed-whacked as needed, but we're in AZ so usually pretty dry, but at least 1-2x monthly.I get the trash myself and bring it back to the ranch where we have a big dumpster.Hope this helps, JD!

He was there for only few months and I used to regularly monitor that area along with other vulnerable areas and it used to be always dry in that particular and am pretty sure it's a recent development but never had a chance to either inquire or be a direct witness of their usage.

But if I were to create a list of random things like, please clean all dishes upon move out and place in drying rack, place dirty linens in XYZ location, take trash out upon leaving, etc. does that really go in a lease??
