Perhaps the terms of a divorce decree signed by a judge would force a creditor to remove you from the account.FHA technically permits loans to borrowers with FICOs as low as 580, per their guidelines, though most banks apply their own higher minimum, often 620.

I went over to make peace last week, and the subtenants agreed to move out by this past Saturday.The subtenants didn't move out on Saturday and now they are saying that they won't move out until the end of this month, which I now believe to mean that they won't move out until they are forced out by law.My tenant did not have the subtenants sign a contract.

Partnering with an owner, you need a power of sale (that can be terminated but I never had an owner do that) you can encumber the property with liens, if you're in title you can force sale, if not your attorney can motivate the owner.
